The Simpson Institute is the local community hall for Upper Largo and the surrounding area.

 

The Simpson Institute was donated to the community of Upper Largo by Mrs Janet Galloway Simpson, The building was designed by Charles Tweedie, Architect of Edinburgh.

 

Since its completion it has been the focal point of community life and a social meeting place.  The Simpson Institute is open to any group or individual wishing to organise events or regular meetings be they public or private.
